Survivor Boot Camp

At the SCA Community Centre, Mon-Fri from 6-7am in the late fall, winter & early spring.  Outdoors for late spring, summer & early fall.

Bootcamp is a fitness program that helps you tone up, trim down and look great FAST. If you are looking to keep fit over the winter months, get fit for going to a hot winter destination, or start your New Year’s resolution—then Survivor Bootcamp is for YOU!

Survivor Bootcamp will challenge the most seasoned athlete and transform even the most sedentary couch potato. Our programs are designed to cater to every fitness level by combining cardio, interval training, strength training, agil­ity exercises, circuit training and much more. Our exciting cross-disciplinary approach to fitness will get you moving, seeing results and having more fun than you would at the gym.

No matter your fitness level, our certi­fied and passionate trainers will help you improve everything from your thighs to your abs to your smile. Your trainer will give you the personal attention you need to keep you challenged, motivated and achieve your goals.
