Conversation Cafe at First Lutheran Church

First Lutheran Church hosts a conversation cafe throughout the year on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 1-3pm. This initiative is in support of Dementia Friendly Communities.

Good Food Box 2019

Attached is an updated schedule for the Good Food Box program which supports healthy eating for ALL, within our community. First Lutheran Church is a DEPOT and an access point for this program. The 2019 program runs January – June (no orders July or Aug.) Ordering resumes January 14.

A bobcat was spotted in a backyard and along the street on Stratton Cres on November 26. Sadly, a dog was killed by a coyote in Strathcona around the same time. Please be aware of your surroundings and be cautious with pets and children.
