Come get fit and have fun.  Start your day with an energetic fitness class, designed to get you fit and lean.  We will be doing circuit, strength and cardio based training to help you build muscle, lose inches, and improve your overall conditioning.  Nutritional coaching will also be offered with each class.  Classes will be for all fitness levels, from your first timers to your seasoned veterans!

Drop in fee is $20, or a month pass is available for $179, 2x week is $129, and 10-pass cards are available for $150.
