SCA Access to the Building

GAINING ACCESS TO THE SCA CA BUILDING

The SCA CA main doors will always remain locked until further notice.  Do not admit entry to persons that you do not know or give the lock box code to anyone outside of your group.  This code will be changed periodically.  The main program contacts will be informed and will need to let their staff know the security changes.

There is a lockbox hanging from the main entrance door that will give you access to the building.  After opening the lockbox, scan the key fob and the second door will open.  Replace the key fob into the lockbox and mix up the digits.

Groups will not take the key fob for any reason or unlock the main door at any time. All individuals who have legitimate access must wear a mask until they have entered assigned rooms.

One person from each program will need to sign into the building daily. The form will be on the counter at the front vestibule. Sanitize hands and go directly to the assigned room. The designated individual will be responsible for escorting participants into the assigned room (s).  Children will also be escorted when washrooms are required.
