Mondays from 7:00 – 8:00 pm (except holidays)
Classes will start with a short meditation to help separate you from your busy day and arrive into your practice. Your breath will support you through the flow sequence where each pose matches with your inhalations and exhalations. A flow series helps to warm up the muscles, build strength and flexibility. Practicing with the breath helps to focus the mind inward on the body and reduce stress on the mind. The practice will flow into balancing poses then slow down into a seated series. It will end with a blissful savasana, leaving you feeling renewed and rejuvenated ready to tackle the rest of the week.
All levels welcome. This is a small and safe class environment.
