Tuesdays, May 3 – June 21, 10 – 11 am
This postpartum based mat class is especially designed for you new mommas to help you regain strength in your core in a safe and effective way. We will also be working those glutes, hips, thighs and upper body too!
Babies ages 6 weeks to crawling are welcome and we create an environment where your little one can play (or nap) beside you while you workout on the mat. Music is kept soft and class sizes are small for individualized attention.
All abilities are welcome, and even those new to Pilates will see the benefits quickly. Mats and props will be provided for the in person classes.
Tuesdays in person at the SCA. Registered 8 weeks $120.00
Thursdays online via Google Meet. Registered 8 weeks $120.00
Combined hybrid classes. Tuesdays & Thursdays. Registered 8 weeks. $200.00
Participants can choose to do the in person classes or online classes or both.
