This class combines mobility and strength exercises with the mindfulness of yoga.
Ideal for individuals who need the comfort and/or safety of seated exercise (standing is optional).
This class is streamed ONLINE (watch from home) and limited space is available for those wishing to come into the community centre.
Equipment suggested includes small and medium ball, resistance band and set of small dumb bells.
