Join our friendly group of area residents who are following instructor Adrian Buczek; some are new each session, some have been loyally coming for years. Adrian is a certified Tai Chi instructor with training in Chen Tai Chi, Shaolin Ch’an Gong Qigong and Ki-Aikido.
