This class with take us through a practice that focus on breath and controlled movements to build muscle, flexibility and alignment all while reducing stress.

We begin with full body muscle toning Pilates then moving towards longer held yoga postures, finishing with a moment of rest and integration preparing you for an amazing rest of your day.

 

This class is appropriate for beginners!
