Join me in the Founders Room Wednesday mornings for this Yin to Gentle Flow Yoga class.

The class will begin with some yin style longer held poses to awaken the body and invite flexibility.

We will slowly build into a gentle flow (Hatha) style class to invigorate you for the day

To close the practice we will rest in savasana allowing this new place of ease, balance to integrate into the body and mind.

This class is suitable for all levels.

Registered 9 weeks for $120- drop in $18/class
