William Blake Homes is inviting adjacent residents to an open house regarding the proposed land use redesignation for the 5-acre parcel located at 1477 69 ST SW to R-G (Residential-Low Density Mixed Housing) with the intent of building 32 single detached homes. The proposal will provide openspace and pathway linkages to the west.
