On February 22nd, The Mustard Seed will host the Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) walk in Calgary’s southeast, near our Ogden:Hub29 location. The event will begin and end at Banting & Best School (66 Avenue SE), and we’d love for your association to join us.
CNOY is a family-friendly walk-a-thon that takes place in over 190 communities across Canada. It raises awareness and support for those experiencing homelessness, hunger, and hurt. Participants walk outside in the cold and enjoy a warm, simple meal afterward—an opportunity to reflect on the challenges faced by those living without shelter during our harsh winters. This year, The Mustard Seed is proud to host CNOY events in five cities across Western Canada, including Calgary. Funds raised will directly support our mission to eliminate homelessness and reduce poverty in our communities.
