Pilates/Yoga Fusion

This class with take us through a practice that focus on breath and controlled movements to build muscle, flexibility, and alignment all while reducing stress.
We begin with full body muscle toning Pilates then moving towards longer held yoga postures, finishing with a moment of rest and integration preparing you for an amazing rest of your day.

Alongside our uplifting movement classes, we host monthly transformational talks and a Masterclass Series led by our expert panel—bringing together leaders in osteopathy, energy medicine, nutrition, exercise science, emotional release, and more. These sessions are designed to enrich, educate, and elevate women of all ages in every dimension of their well-being. From understanding the body’s wisdom to exploring tools for resilience, balance, and self-care – we offer meaningful, accessible pathways to whole-person wellness. SitFit + Yoga – January 9 – 3:15pm
A seated class that combines gentle Pilates, Yoga, weight and resistance training for a full body workout. Ideal for anyone who needs the comfort and/or safety of seated exercise (standing is optional). All equipment is provided in this free class. Please let the instructor know of any restrictions or joint sensitivities. Modifications will be provided.

Miss Vanessa wishes to help you build confidence through movement, encourage body-positivity, and most importantly, have FUN and make FRIENDS in the community! Explore dance by learning the foundational grooves and moves of Hip Hop. Miss Vanessa has training in popping, locking, breakdance, and party moves, and wishes to share the joy of getting funky to catchy Hip Hop tracks. Build confidence through movement, grow in body-positivity, and most importantly, have FUN and make FRIENDS in the community!

Gentle movement, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation in a supportive space.
Led by a teacher with medical education, these classes help reduce stress, improve flexibility, and restore balance.
