VR Wine and the SCA proudly presents Fall Favorites.  Enjoy three light courses with beer and wine pairings while enjoying live music by Jed Teigen.

• First course: Assorted Pizza from Ripe Tomato paired with Steam Whistle
• Second course:  TANDOORI CHICKEN BHARTA  with Saffron Rice (Provided by Green Chili) and Wine Pairing
  This Gluten Friendly Boneless Tandoori Chicken is marinated in Plain Yogurt, Paprika, Ginger Garlic, Salt, Vegetable Oil and Fenugreek and baked in the Clay oven for 45 minutes, then Chicken breast is finely chopped and sautéed with chopped Onions, Tomatoes, Ginger Garlic and finished with light cream.  This finest long grain Basmati Rice is cooked with Clove, Star Anise and Indian Saffron.
• Third course:   Trio of chocolates by Cococo Chocolatiers and Wine Pairing

Tickets are $25 (including GST) and are available on-line at www.scacalgary.ca/programs/register/ or at the office (Monday-Friday, 10-1pm).  Extra wine/beer tickets will be available for $5/each.
