We are still here at the Strathcona Community Centre after more than 30 years. Why ? Because it works. Jazzercise is the original dance party workout. Blending dance with Pilates, yoga and kick boxing moves + strength training. One 55 minute workout can burn up to 800 calories. The results, long lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost. Most of all you will have FUN ! Low impact options are always shown, it is up to you how hard you work. Customers stay because Jazzercise provides a highly effective total body workout plus a unique sense of community.
Bring a mat for the floor work, weights are provided.
Passes are $75/month, $20 drop in or $150 for a 10 class pass.
