Step out with us on September 27th at Aspen Heights Retirement Residence for our heartfelt Community Walk for Alzheimer’s, hosted by All Seniors Care. This event is designed to unite the community for a cause that touches many lives, raising awareness and funds for the Alzheimer’s Society of Calgary.
Event Highlights:
- 10:30 AM: Kickoff with an inspiring speech from the Alzheimer’s Society of Calgary.
- 10:45 AM: Get moving with a warm-up session led by our Health and Wellness Director, Maddi Smith.
- 11:00 AM: The walk begins! Choose from two scenic routes (approximately 2km or 5km).
- 12:00 PM: Enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch available for $25 for guests. Please RSVP to Katharine by September 20th to secure your spot.
- 1:00 PM: Wind down with an hour of live music to celebrate our collective effort.
Ways to Contribute:
- T-Shirt Sales: From September 1-26, purchase our “Family Walk for Alzheimer’s” t-shirts for $15 at the Aspen Heights reception. Wear your support!
- Bake Sale: Join us on September 20th for homemade delights. All sales and donations support the Alzheimer’s Society.
- Garden Mums Sale: From September 24-26, beautify your garden with mums for $15 each.
